Walking Meditation Class

 The health benefits of meditation, walking, and being outside are well-documented. Walking meditation combines all three and is as simple as “Lift your foot and place it.” This class promotes body awareness, relaxation, focus, and positive outlook. Short periods of instruction alternate with walking in the garden.

Meet at 10 a.m. in the Breezeway of the Halsell Welcome Building

Walk is free to members or with paid admission, but registration is required.
