January 13 - Low Light Photography
With today’s modern cameras being able to handle much higher ISOs, you may be thinking that you can just increase your ISO and hand hold the camera, but a lot of the cool effects that are created using long exposures would be lost by doing this, for example, light trails, silky water, multiple fireworks etc.
February 10 - The Art of the Flash
It can be daunting for a new photographer to deal with a vocabulary full of new terms such as rear curtain, sync speed, and radio trigger or to learn new rules like the Law of Inverse Squares. However, terms can be learned, rules can be understood and techniques can be learned in time. The basic principles of flash photography are actually easy to learn, but you can spend a lifetime mastering them.
March 10 - Data Recovery for Photographers
You've attempted to copy files from a memory card used in your camera, but nothing shows up—not even a card icon! All those photographs, gone forever! Maybe not, most of the time the photos can be recovered, come see how, and go home with free software.
April 14 - HDR Photography
In this tutorial, you will learn how to create a High Dynamic Range (HDR) image using three or more photographs of the same scene taken under different exposures, and how to process the HDR image in order to reveal its details in highlights and shadows.
Unfortunately, if you cannot attend a session no refunds will be available, but please feel free to send someone else in your place.
