Join herbalist, Leslie Bingham, as she celebrates Texas' Independence Day with savory herbs. Leslie will present a history of the types of food available and raised in pre 1850's  Texas, including a full menu with explanation of the food choices seen from the production point of view for the early Texas pioneers. She will examine a typical menu of the period along with recipes for the main course, side and desserts, all of course with the addition of herbs.
